I just purchased a 2005 Harley Davidson FXDLI Dyna Low Rider from your dealership. My experience was awesome to say the least. I looked at the bike, fell in love with it and left it there thinking it was not meant to be. I felt no pressure to purchase, nor was I constantly called to see if I had made up my mind. I was in fact given time to think it over and on a return visit the bike was still there. That's when I knew it was after all meant to be my bike. From the sales staff all the way to the management, they all made me feel at home and like one of the family. I can see and understand how and why they have been given such a prestigious award. Four riding friends and I recently came to North Carolina from Minnesota to ride in a charity ride for fallen NC soldiers. The organization is Tribute To The Troops and the co-founder and NC Chapter Chair is Statesville native Rockie Lynne. We drove to Crossroads not knowing what to expect, but came away in awe of the service we received. Mike and his staff went out of their way to get us on the road with four rental bikes and even directed us to a fabulous Italian restaurant just across the parking lot for lunch. The bikes performed flawlessly (as Harleys most always do!) and the people at the store were the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. As for the return, Mike assured us that if we were running late past the 5pm closing time on Sunday, just call and someone would meet us at the dealership to check us back in. What great service. I would not hesitate one bit to recommend Mike Lipford and the Crossroads Harley Davidson dealership to anyone in the market for any of the services they offer. I have taken part of a the night of fire and my wife and I had a great time there was not a unfriendly person to be found. The sales girls are all friendly, smiling and welcoming the sales guys are very polite and willing to answer all questions. I would call it a no pressure family friendly place to be. I have nothing but good things to say about everybody at crossroads I wish them the very best and look forward to going back to shop again.

The best experience I have ever had purchasing anything anywhere !!! On a loney night I sent an email inquiry out to dealer out the end of Hwy 421, and honestly wasn't expecting much. Much to my surprise a phone call the very next morning from RJ in sales was recieved, I explained my plight and away he went to work on a deal, within hours a call back had made my dreams of a new V Rod a reality. Once I arrived at the dealership I almost had to pinch myself to make sure all was real, no pressure relaxed and a feeling like I was amongst friends I had known for years. The entire process of buying my new bike flowed effortlessly. RJ (sales), Amber(Finance), Dan (Parts), Mike (Service) and everyone I met that wonderful Friday in Wilkesboro were friendly knowledgable and willing to help with any questions I had. Dear Mike, First off, I want to express my gratitude for how you and your staff treated me and my friends on Saturday (7-21-12). After a day of riding I noticed some issues with my 2009 Street Glide and pulled into your dealership ten minutes before closing. I walked into the service department and approached the counter and spoke with Mike Barnette. I explained to him the issues I was experiencing. Being that it was right before closing I didnt think I would receive a very warm welcome. I explained to Mike that I was from out of town and just there for the weekend and scheduled to return home on Sunday. Mike told me that the service department was not open on Sunday; I just knew for sure that I was going to have to leave my bike and find another way home. To my surprise Mike called for Dave Gower to come and take a look at my bike. Dave said talk to me and tell me what is going on with the bike. I told Dave what issues I had noticed and he went to work trying to narrow down and find any problems. He had the seat and the saddle bags off the bike in a flash and was searching and looking at all the connections. Dave also ran a diagnostic scan on the bike for any codes. There were no codes noted. Dave made adjustments in tightening what he found to be loose connections in and around the battery area. While this was going on, you came in to the service area and we had a brief exchange in where you asked where I was from. I stated that I was from Raleigh and you commented so youre a Ray Price guy? I responded no and if I am ever asked that question again I have to say I am going to tell people that I am a Mike Lipford guy. You left the service area and the next time I saw you, you had an arm full of cold bottles of water handing them out to me and the group I was with. I have to say I have never been to a dealership anywhere and left feeling like I did that Saturday. You and your staff made me and the group I was with feel like we were someone. Most places just want to get into your pockets/wallets, but you and your staff made you feel right at home and like you had a good friend. I was able to get back on the road that day with no more problems with the bike. Thanks to Mike and Dave and their attention to the issues at hand I was able to get out with only the horn being defective. I was able to ride my bike back to Raleigh on Sunday and glad to report I had no issues what so ever. Another surprise to me was on Tuesday the 24th of July, I received a phone call from Mike Barnette here at the house and he was following up on the performance of the bike and wanted to know if I had any trouble getting home. Made me feel real good and speaks volumes for how genuine your employees are. Thanks for your hospitality and employing such good people like Mike and Dave. They truly care about what they do and the people they come in contact with. I will definitely let my friends know what kind of service they can look forward to if they are in the area. Mica then introduced me to the new 2011 1200 Custom Sportster. Wow! I fell in love. After that, Mica, Mike,Dan, Marty, Karen and the rest of the crew have been nothing but experts in customer service. They helped upgrade the bike with superior performance parts that made it ROCK and dress me with the highest in fashion. I get compliments on my bike every time i ride. This store was open on July 4th and it was to my advantage. My battery died on my bike and this store was the only one open within a 50 mile radius of me. Was traveling from NJ and needed a tire for my bike. Since it was a 1958 FL i didn't think they would have one that fit but they did. not only did the sales and service depts treat me great they had me on my way in record time. I was with a group of 25 bikes from the Toronto, Canada area heading to( Tail of the Dragon) when I picked up a nail on the interstate. Apr 9 (10 days ago) to mikelipford Mike, I wanted to take a moment to commend Crossroads HD for excellent service and customer care. I recently brought my 2010 Ultra in for a recurrent, throttle / loss of acceleration issue. Even though my bike was out of warranty, I was provided a nice Road King to ride while my bike was being serviced. My bike required a special part for repair, and was not the same part that had apparently caused the initial problem, although they created the same issue. When I was informed my bike was ready, I returned to Crossroads HD ( from Winston-Salem ) not knowing what to expect with my bike now out of warranty. when I arrived, Mike in the Service Dept. informed me of what the problem was. With some uncertainty remaining, Mike had the mechanic explain and show me what had caused the problem. After speaking with the mechanic, I felt confident they had resolved this issue. Mike then prepared the bill for me. He informed me that due to this problem happening previously, even though it turned out to be a different part this time, he was going to "good will" this repair. He handed me my parts and service billing statement. It was 0.00. WOW! That is Customer service at it's best! That is the type of concern "after the sale" that demonstrates a true commitment to their customers. It confirms why Crossroads HD should be the first choice for anyone considering the purchase of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. I was very happy with the level of professionalism mixed with "realness" from each of the staff (that is really an understatement). My bike was not only serviced, it was so much improved, that couldn't wait to call my husband when I got home and tell him how happy I was with my experience. As a woman, I can honestly say I feel very comfortable going to the dealership and hanging out. When you walk in the door, they say hey Dewey how are you? That means a lot to me. Everyone is very nice. If there is something I need and they do not have it in stock, not a problem. It be ordered ASAP. When the part comes in, they call me. Anything from a motorcycle part to t-shirts, they will get it for you. What else can I say...cross roads is the greatest.

This is the only place that I let touch my bike for service and repair. I have never had a problem with any work that has been done at Cross Roads. The staff is always friendly and courteous, it reminds me of walking into Cheers (the old TV show). Thanks Cross Roads for doing such a fantastic job.
